Planning and Scheduling Coordinator/Administrator-Manufacturing Sector

My client is well established within the automotive manufacturing sector and has continued to remain busy even during the past 12 months.

Due to an extremely full order book moving forward they are now looking for a scheduling administration member of staff to maintain the scheduling system in order to ensure effectiveness of the supply chain, leading to greater customer satisfaction.

The role Take ownership of the logistical processes, working with the supply chain to obtain items, labour, and lead timesHighlight any blockages or challenges the teams may have to adapt to, giving all parties time to prepareUpdate and maintain scheduling systems, keeping information realistic throughout the sales and build process

The personStrong administration experience, within a scheduling, planning, or events management positionStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office and SAPExcellent communication skills-you will be liaising with clients, leasing, and delivery companies
