You will work closely with the Global IT team to support the UK function. Key Responsibilities:Recognise problems as they occur from equipment and customer monitoring and determines what actions are needed.Manage third party services including PCs, Laptops, and Printers and Mobil PhonesSupporting a User base of around 180Setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information necessary to manage projects or an organisationBeing the face of IT for the UK functionEncouraging others to seek opportunities for different innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities: facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplaceDemonstrate strong technical knowledge and understanding of Office 365 and Hyper-VEscalating as necessary to senior manager or 3rd party suppliers if the problem is more complex while still owning the ticket through to completionProfileKey Skills & Experience:Knowledge of Hyper-VKnowledge of Office 365Being able to work autonomously, whilst maintaing accountabilityExperience with Microsoft based equipment on servers and client computersKnowledge of network hardware and softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is the proven ability to be self-directed and absorb new technologies rapidlyApplication development experience a plus but not requiredUK Driving LicenseJob OfferSalary: £35,000 - £38,000
