IT Support Technician Bath £22,000 rising to £25,000 p.a. after probationDo you have great customer service skills and an interest in software products and services? Work for a Bath based digital solutions company - currently flexible office based/home working.The RoleThe IT Support Technician role will provide technical customer support within the helpdesk team - excellent customer service skills and an interest in software products and services is required. Your responsibilities will include:dealing with customer support issuesanswering support questionsfirst line support to existing clientsassisting in with new customer set upsThe CompanyOur Bath based client provides a cloud-based software application that manages the buying and spend in multi-location organisations. They have a growing global user-base including festivals, events companies, retail chains, restaurant chains and construction businesses.The PersonAs IT Support Technician you will have excellent customer service communication skills backed up by an interest in software products and services. You may have experience of working in first line support / customer support / a helpdesk environment or you may just be starting out. If you have the customer service skills we need and a passion for software products and services we would like to hear from you. You will be working with a small team who are all extremely capable software professionals, giving you the opportunity to learn from others and expand your knowledge.
