Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer, from a facilities background, looking to kickstart your career in a highly varied role where you will receive specialist training and work with an industry specialist?

On offer is an excellent, days based role, where you will gain invaluable experience working on a Grade 1 listed building. You will work in a close knit friendly environment and have chance to train and develop.

In this role you will gain invaluable hands on experience, working closely with a senior maintenance engineer to maintain this listed building. You will have opportunities to develop your electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills.

This role would suit an Assistant/Junior Maintenance Engineer from a background in facilities.

The role:Maintenance of electrics, ventilation and general upkeep of a Grade 1 listed building.Training to develop mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills.Days based, 39hr week.

The Person:Apprenticeship or qualification in an M&E / Facilities discipline.Experience of mechanical/electrical fault finding and diagnostics.
