Company client is working with their customer who are looking to recruit an Operations Team Leader based in Livingston.Identify and respond to emergencies or urgent issues competently, minimising any impact on the running of the business and escalating where necessary
· The day to day management of the department, drive to exceed product delivery of KPIs and consistently achieve quality expectations.
· Ensure all cost objectives are met through cost control, efficiency and spend improvements.
· Champion improvements in health & safety and 6S.
· Root Cause, Corrective Action investigations into QHSE issues to drive errors out and work towards Zero Harm
· Develop high performance teams through training & leadership.
· Manage and drive improvement activities and projects within the areas.
· Lead communications.
· Assist and deputise for the Operations Manager when required
