1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Growing MSP, based in Waterlooville, are expanding their IT team of 6, and looking for two Support Engineers. Joining a busy Helpdesk, the Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining clients' IT systems and for providing efficient desktop support to all business users, as well as resolve any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently in-line with SLAs, which includes a broad range of queries.
Skills / Environment (not all essential): Active Directory, Azure, Windows Server, Hyper V, (TCP/ DCHP/ DNS / VPN / Routers / Switches), MS 365, SharePoint
As the successful Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with PC, Server, networking and hardware problems via phone, email or onsite visits. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities
This is a great opportunity, where you can learn and develop, within an established MSP with over 15 year of experience.
Salary: 18-26K DOE
