The Senior PM will be responsible for supporting a range of projects, revenue and growth initiatives, customer experience, risk & compliance as well as Product go-to market. The PM will need to have high flexibility and agility as the role requires an individual to navigate work for multiple teams spanning multiple time zones. DescriptionMonitor project activity for an assigned area, working with key stakeholders to identify project goals. This role requires an individual to gain consensus on next steps, project schedules, key milestones, implementation, go to market processes and project costs. Participate in training users and project evaluation again estimated plans, costs and provide support where requiredAssure alignment across senior leadership team of critical milestones and paths to achieve. develop project plans and input recommendations for requests and problem solutionsAssist with preparing project implementation steps an documentation as appropriateManage performance of project team and evaluate overall performanceProfile10 years + experience in Project Management experience with tools and techniques for planning, organising monitoring and controlling projectsResponsible for managing project activities for assigned business lines for a major project that crosses several business linesUnderstand complex martix organisations and gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned business linesC-suite and other exec level stakeholder engagementAbility to manage complex projects which may take several months to be completedProven ability to build lasting relationships, motivate teams, resolve conflicts and deliver against expectationsFluent English is essential and knowledge of other European languages would be advantageousGood knowledge of MS office suiteJob OfferSalary: £80K - £100K+ (depending on experience)Healthcare 25 days holiday increasing by 1 day for every 5 years of servicePension - minimum 3% employee contribution for every 3% employee contributes, employer will contribute 6% up to a maximum of 12% (employee 6% employer 12%)Death in service benefitCycle to work schemeSeason ticket loan
