Senior Salesforce Engineer - Dublin - RemoteI am currently working with a multinational software company who are undergoing immense growth within their salesforce department in Dublin. Due to this, they are keen to add a Senior Salesforce Engineer to strengthen their team.We are looking for a creative salesforce developer to help us build a new and exciting product based on Salesforce and, help us build a highly performant development team using the best-in-class processes and tools

Role & ResponsibilitiesOwnership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom codeResponsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirementsTechnical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinementSeek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid paceCoaching junior salesforce engineers within the team

Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field3+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com (Certified Salesforce.com Developer)Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture, APIs and limitationsDetailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggersDeveloping custom objects and workflow business rules, including Process BuilderExperience using Salesforce data toolsExperience in Java Developement Experience with Lightning component frameworkStrong understanding of relational databasesDemonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projectsExperience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/asyncExperience developing customer-facing interfacesExperience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologiesPractical experience of using Web Services (Restful and SOAP)Development experience of at least one non-SFDC related development languageUnderstanding of the complete agile software development cycle, good processes and tools required to achieve great resultsAble to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skillsStrong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsQuick learner with a positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
