The role in a nutshell You already know how important it is to ensure a business knows, understands and reduces cyber-security risks. But you go further than that. You thrive, not only on delivering cyber security projects in time and on budget, but you are passionate about taking the business on the journey with you, users and stakeholders alike.

As a Security Project Manager at The Body Shop, you form part of a brand new inhouse team responsible for delivering projects designed to reduce cyber-security risks, improve compliance and enable and support business objectives, whilst also improving the security posture of The Body Shop.  How will this be delivered? You will have responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned security projects to time, quality and budget Your naturally high standards will ensure projects are delivered to defined security standards and controls, with clear measured benefits delivering improved security posture You are comfortable with accountability and this will ensure you will monitor and control the resources, revenue and capital costs against each project You will track and report overall project status and communicate to the Security Programme Manager and all key stakeholders, ensuring risks and issues are managed and appropriate decisions are taken Focusing on bringing the business on the journey with you, you will implement effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans Knowing how and when to plan and collaborate means you will engage with and contract partner agreements to support project delivery where required with a strong commercial focus Keeping everything under control, you will operate SOX project controls as required  What we look for Experience: Experienced in delivery of complex technology projects, including infrastructure and security Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting Excellent communication skills Strong track record of managing suppliers to deliver agreed work Good knowledge of security technology and processes Experience of service introduction and ITIL processes Working knowledge of NIST framework and controls Experience of the retail industry an advantage  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / MBA preferred Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent CISSP, CISM or equivalent securit What do we offer in return? a 6% contributory pension plan, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays - time to refresh and recharge Group bonus scheme 3 additional days a year to volunteer in the local community to support the causes you feel most passionate about LOVE money to spend on YOUR wellbeing - pamper yourself on us.
