The company have now been catalysed into a period of expansion and in light of this they are now looking Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager, ideally with a housing background to join their team of ambitious individuals. This role is suitable for candidates with a strong residential engineering background and have previous senior experience.

In this role you will head up the Engineering department in the Solihull office and be monitoring several housing developments in the Midlands. This is a predominately office based role but there is some flexibility regarding working from home. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of ambitious site engineers, keeping an eye of detail, providing technical advice, whilst retaining commercial awareness in a residential construction setting.
