IT Project Manager - £45k - £50k

This retail group based in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit an IT Project Manager to join their highly skilled team and deliver a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment. As a successful candidate you will act as a leading expert in project management best practices and be responsible for delivering a variety of vital change initiatives within the organisation.

Skills / Duties

*Project management across multiple business functions

*Ownership of the full project lifecycle

*Provide leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals

*Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

*Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences

*Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

*Ability to travel within the UK as required

Experience

*Successfully leading and delivering projects on-time on budget and that deliver fit for purpose solutions

*Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques

*Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrate good communication skills both technical and non-technical

*PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification or equivalent (desired)

Depending on your location, when required to go into the office you will be able to use the closest office to you, either in Hertfordshire or Edinburgh.
