Inside IR35 We are working with a well known organisation who is looking to hire an Product Manager, with relevant product delivery experience in a consumer facing digital or ecommerce environment.You must have:Solid Product background.Working directly with a development squad, prioritising work and managing backlogsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience of working in a similar software development areas (customer account functionality, login authentication services, native SDKs What you'll do:Product Manager for 2 technology development squadsInterface between squads, product teams and all key business & technical stakeholdersPrioritise the product backlog and manage the roadmap to focus each squad on delivering the most value & impact, helping to balance internal and external demands and adhering to regulatory deadlines.End-to-end management of product features and servicesKey member of the squad leadership, working with other senior members of the team to drive and set directionDevelop a deep understanding and expertise in your product areas. You should be the go-to person for your domain and its championDefine clear and unambiguous business requirements, processes and customer journeysHelp define & analyse metrics for existing and new work, articulating and measuring valueBuild great working relationships with stakeholders within other tribes, working with them to align priorities and roadmapsHelp with leading your squad to constantly improveAlways operate with a 'customer first' mindsetWork with UX and research to understand what's important to our customersRepresent and champion your squad at product planning and steering meetings
