The company also has offices in the US and Europe.The PositionThe Supply Chain Specialist will reside as part of the Supply Chain Planning team located in the company Global headquarters in Dublin. The scope of the position is to support to commercial product portfolio within the remit of the Global supply chain team. This position supports an effective and efficient supply chain system. It ensures the uninterrupted supply of all the commercial products to our customers and our patients around the world. This successful candidate will work closely with the planning team and get great exposure to the broader Supply chain team.ResponsibilitiesSupport Planning function in various activities such as, CMO rolling forecast management, Inventory management reports, Graphs and Projections, Inventory MOH analysis and Min Max level review against incoming supply.Support Preparation for weekly planning review, Monthly S&OP meetings, and Financial 5-year supply plan for products (based off the forecast) to ensure aligned with the budget set out to ensure transparency and coordination.SAP - Raising of direct and indirect PO's for various CMO's. Complete all product transactions, run, and extract reports for analysis.SAP - Material Master set up, BOM set up and system improvement projects.Qualifications and Skills Required:2-3 years direct experience in a Supply Chain role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing organisation.Experience in ERP systems required, proficiency in SAP highly desirable.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project software required.PICS certification (CPIM, CRIM, and CSCP) preferred.For immediate consideration please apply with an up to date CV.
