CRM Product Owner - Investment OperationsLondon
£450 - £500 per day
As CRM Product Owner / Consultant of a critical system, the role holder will ensure that the system is optimized to maximum benefit
The role will initially support the completion of system implementation and transition to BAU. Post transition, you will work with the line manager to drive usage, develop system controls & processes, and act as gatekeeper for change/enhancement.
Must Have
* Experience of working in an investment management environment
* Operational Product ownership of CRM systems
* CRM project & product background
* Excellent hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Foliometrics or similar
Responsibilities
* Work with the project team on implementation deliverables including:
* Providing CRM expertise to facilitate delivery
* Prepare documentation to support operational process and handover
* Drive the implementation and documentation of the necessary business controls
* Day to day project delivery tasks
* Post implementation and handover, the role will evolve and to become the Business Operational owner for the CRM product. Responsibilities will include:
* Gatekeeper of business controls and changes utilising CRM
* Changes to enable new investments, to avoid process disruption. (Business change response)
* Gatekeeper for changes
* Responsibility for data standardisation & data validity
* Static data
* Direct data feeds (Current and New)
* Day to Day liaison, including
* Setup/training new users
* Troubleshooting
