£72k base + 10% performance uplift

IT Security specialist with hands on experience

Hybrid working model - WFH / Twyford, Berkshire

Currently supporting 100,000s of users from within their loyal customer base, their team has 18 years of experience within the IT Security market arena to assist in our ultimate goal of being the leading Security Solutions provider.

Skills / Environment

5 years pre-sales experience within an IT security environment

Depth of experience (design & architecture/ installing/ supporting) across several of AVR's solution offerings.

Awareness of products in the Microsoft space.

Role Overview:

Support the UK sales team, to deliver on our commercial growth targets. Reporting into the sales division and supported and technically trained by the Professional Services side of the organisation.

Working as an experienced security generalist rather than a product specialist, being responsible for finding and positioning the right technical solutions to satisfy customer requirements. Proven ability to write detailed proposals and tenders is a must alongside excellent verbal communication skills that allow you to hold discussions at C-level.

The role will primarily involve positioning and advising on products and solutions across the traditional computer and security network infrastructure as well as mobile security and supporting our customers move to a cloud infrastructure.

This role would ideally suit an individual who has been working in a broad IT environment, such as an IT manager, or Senior Network Administrator.
