I am representing a global market leader in their pursuit of a Business Central Lead. This client is about to embark on a Business Central implementation, but need you to drive the implementation and work on the business processes to make sure the implementation goes to plan. The RoleYou will be reporting to the Group IT Director, this is a newly created role which will play a key part in supporting the ongoing growth of the business. The successful candidate will join the business during a period of IT transformation and assist the IT Director with the ERP roll out to ensure the business is able to meet future demandYour key responsibilities will include:Business process consulting including conducting customer interviews and gathering informationGsining and developing 'as is' functional design specificationsDeveloping 'to be' functional design specificationsConducting gap analysisDeveloping technical design specificationsProviding program specific reports and queries for clientsProject and Change management responsibilitiesPerforming and/or managing conference room pilotsPerforming staff & user trainingWriting technical and user documentationStakeholder management Essential Skills & Experience:The successful candidate must be a go-getter with an ability to prioritise and work autonomously in a fast paced, demanding environment. Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience; EssentialExperience as a Business Analyst, including creating requirement specificationsIn-depth functional knowledge of ERP systems e.g. Dynamics 365 Business CentralExperience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and recommendationsAbility to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders.High level of initiative and accountability for deliverables and deadlinesLogical thinking skills and methodical approach to workAvailability to travel across UK and other global offices as required.
