This is an entry level position for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about UX/UI/Web Design and has a keen interest in learning how to identify, and influence, user behaviour across different digital touchpoints and industries.

About You:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to aid in the development of the Conversion Rate Optimisation channel at Croud and take a pivotal role in the delivery of outstanding results for our clients. Through developing our UX research capabilities and outputs, as well as in sharing the responsibility for formulating creative responses to a variety of design briefs, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across a wide variety of client websites that target everything from small on site changes via A/B testing to full landing page production.

The successful candidate will be keen to learn, want to strive for success and have a desire to question everything. An analytical mind-set coupled with a creative flair is a must for this role along with the willingness to take a risk.The overall purpose of this role is to help support the agency's client optimisation strategy and to develop the CRO service. Aiding in the delivery for current client programmes, a large part of the role will be to develop and/or identify opportunities to increase conversions for our broad client portfolio.Responsibilities:Strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions for issues identified on our clients digital platforms from desktop to mobileParticipate in internal workshop sessions where creative thinking and ideas are welcome to solve potentially complex problemsAiding in the development of the "Design Process" at Croud

Creating user flows, journey maps and use casesDeveloping UI mockups and wireframes for elements (such as buttons, menus, navigation, modals, etc.) and full page redesignsIdentifying and troubleshooting UX problems through aiding in the planning, briefing and coordinating of user research - to gather a deep understanding of user/audience needs and behavioursAiding in the development and training of Network resource to aid in the delivery of digital assetsHave a hands-on approach with the process of research, prototyping, development and testingAbility to communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedbackPersonal Specification:Experience working with Adobe XDKnowledge / experience of any of the following: Adobe Creative Suite / Sketch / Figma / Azure / Balsamiq will be beneficialAn understanding of customer centered design principles and values across web with a portfolio that demonstrates thisA willingness to learn and grow, humbly and quickly whilst responding positively to feedbackProactive can-do attitude with a flair for problem solvingUp to date with the latest design trends, tech and softwareGood team spiritProject management skills and relationship building The Company Offers: On completion of the three month probation period every employee is eligible for the following benefits:25 days holiday a yearAnnual performance bonusSale commission
