Birmingham, West Midlands (Commutable from: West Bromwich, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Solihull, Burton-on-Trent, and Cannock) Are you a Junior Project Manager, from a Domestic Plumbing and Heating background, looking to join a rapidly growing company, with the opportunity to develop into their next Contracts Manager? This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on multiple New Build and Domestic projects throughout the West Midlands. This company have grown year on year, specialising in plumbing and heating for the domestic and commercial sectors throughout the UK. Due to their continued expansion and increasing client base, a new position has arisen for a Project Manager to join their team. This role would suit a Plumbing and Heating Project Manager, with experience in New Builds, looking for their next career move with the opportunity to become Contracts Manager. The Role:Overseeing the day to day running of multiple sitesOverseeing site programmes and ensuring everything sticks to planCustomer care issuesCovering a local patch around Birmingham / West Midlands areaProgression into Contracts Manager roleThe Person:Junior Project ManagerPlumbing and Heating BackgroundExperience managing 1-2 sites in a similar roleExperience working on New Builds / Domestic Properties
