More about the type of person we are looking for:You must be dynamic, hardworking and naturally skilled at motivating others with good attention to detail. You must have a deep understanding of customer service. We work as a team so being an honest, upfront and flexible team player is important. As individuals we want our team to be ambitious, self-driven and resilient. You need not have industry experience as full training is given. However, we are looking for confident individuals who are able to think on their feet but who are not afraid to ask questions and get involved in team discussions. This is very much a team player environment where candidates are required to think outside the box and who can speak up when any issues arise.Excellent timekeeping is essential, as well as being an excellent communicator with good listening skills and an excellent grasp of language, grammar and clarity of written message. Accurate and quick typing is necessary for this role and being comfortable with technology and new software is essential as you will be using a variety of online tools.Successful candidates will have worked in a customer service environment (face to face or phone based) and understand the customer buying chain from pre-sale through to returns. You will be able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and show a polite, positive and concise attitude. Ideally, you will have come from a similar role or have experience in customer service-based environments i.e., hospitality, retail, events or similar.Day to day activities include:Customer management (Orders, Product Queries and Customer Aftercare)Product advice for vehicle components (training given)Answering inbound phone callsAnswering inbound emailsGeneral office dutiesProcessing returnsWorking with suppliers and couriersKeeping the office fun & high energyWorking within eBay, Amazon and Website systemsInternal projects for improvement and development

The salary offered is based on working 42.5 hours per week.We are looking for two full time team members. The shift pattern is Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm. Our Customer Service Advisors work on average every other Sunday, with either a Thursday or Friday off work in the week when working on the weekend.The interview process will be as follows:Telephone interviewBasic literacy, numeracy and data entry online test (you will need access to a computer or laptop to complete these tests)Video callIn office assessment and example demonstration of dutiesPlease note that due to a high level of applications, we can only respond to applicants whose skills and qualifications are suitable for this position.
