Quantity Surveyor (M&E)Leeds / Sheffield / Doncaster - Projects UK Wide£40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a exciting company where you will work on a wide range of technically interesting projects while receiving support to complete your RICS Chartership.Are you a Quantity Surveyor with an M&E background? Do you have experience working with either JCT or NEC contracts?This company are a thriving M&E Contractor who work with an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients and get involved in a range of projects across multiple sectors. These include Distribution, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Leisure and can range in value from £200k - £20m. As a result of a recent re-structure, they require an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team.This role will be office based with site visits and occasional stay away. The company place a huge emphasis on training and development and can provide mentorship to complete your RICS Chartership. For the right candidate opportunities to progress into a Senior QS position will be available.The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with an M&E background looking to make their mark on an exciting company who are going from strength to strength.The Role:

* Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

* Working on a projects valued between £200k - £20m

* Mainly working with JCT contracts

* Sectors include Distribution, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Leisure

* Mentorship with RICS Chartership

* Scope for career progressionThe Person:

* Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor

* M&E background

* Experience preparing tender documents / contract documents

* Able to read technical specifications

* Knowledge of either JCT / NEC contracts

* Commutable to either Leeds, Sheffield or Doncaster
