Exciting and rare role on offer for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a bespoke and luxurious offsite construction company who provide sustainable housing, eco-friendly spaces and have an innovative and creative approach to design.

This company are an off-site construction company who have established a great reputation and consistently create high quality builds, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

In this role you will be tasked with playing a key role in finalising tender submissions and negotiating main contract positions on residential projects varying in value. You will be running all subcontract packages ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time providing advice and findings to the project managers. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a residential construction environment. You will have knowledge of the whole surveying process and have an eye for detail.
