Systems Analyst
The role
As a Systems Analyst at Grayce, you will work within a team, alongside a broad range of stakeholders, analyse needs and develop software. You could be involved in design, testing and recommending software upgrades for existing programs and systems.
The role responsibilities
Working on the migration and decommissioning of various systems.
Supporting with capturing, documenting and analysing IT requirements.
Data mapping to understand where data is coming from and where it goes.
Prioritisation of requirements and tasks to ensure smooth migration and decommissioning activities, identifying risks and escalating as needed.

What You Need
To join our Development Programme, you will need:
Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (IT/Development focused preferred)
Must have experience in a Technical role, previous Systems Analyst experience would be highly beneficial.
Have a passion for Software and Systems with a good understanding of IT architecture (including integrations, data centres etc).
Excellent communication skills
Highly self-motivated
Drive to continuously improve
