Position: Finance DirectorLocation: London
Salary - £100-£140k depending on experience, bonus
My client is looking for a Finance Director, that has experience from a MANUFACTURING space and has experience of Transformation , Invoice Financing . If this is you please make contact.
The Role: You will be working within a small group, reporting directly to CEO and Group CEO, you will not only be an exceptional accountant and hands on with company finances but you will also need to be commercial aware advising the best path of growth for the business. You will have experience in managing teams through challenging times / periods This role is all about transforming a 30 million SME manufacturing business to the next level. You will have all the expectations that is required of an FD and be a Finance Director that is strong in presence and Statue. It will be paramount that attention to detail and knowing the numbers is known down to the last digit . Presenting to the board will be required so experience in a similar arena is essential.
Must have Manufacturing experience
Transformation experience
Invoice Financing
Project Management
Design / Engineering and Construction all around a manufacturing business will be very relevant and beneficial
The Ideal Candidate - Confident and Capable with a natural flair to win friends and influence. Experience in working with CEO who is not a Finance guru so communication and strength of character to stand firm is a requirement
