This company are a consultancy firm operating within a diverse range or sectors including Rail, Infrastructure, Commercial, Utilities and Residential. They provide an array of project and cost management services to public and private sector clients. Having grown throughout the pandemic and with an impressive order book, they are now looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

In this role you will be carrying out detailed valuations, budget control and evaluation, risk analysis and management. You will also be conducting responsible for monthly reporting, accounts and auditing. You will be liaising with different internal and external stakeholders ensuring projects are aligned with project requirements.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience within the Rail or Civil Engineering industry. You will have experience managing multiple projects ranging in size to strict time and financial constraints. The ideal candidate will also have a relevant degree/qualification and experience managing multi-million pound projects.

The Role:

*Quantity Surveyor

*Working on Rail projects with NEC3 contracts

*Assist in the delivery of projects ranging from £5 million to £40 million

*£35,000 - £45,000 + Progression Opportunities

The Person:

*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Rail and Civil Engineering industry

*Experience on handling different types of contracts

*Looking for progression opportunities
