NEW Project & Service Delivery Manager opportunity! Are you looking for the chance to work with a Microsoft-focused company in the Nordic region? My client is currently on the look out for a Project & Service Delivery Manager to join the team. You will get to work with interesting and challenging projects together with experienced and committed colleagues. What you will be required to do as a Project & Service Delivery Manager: You are a sounding board for the project team and have an active role in the development of solution proposals, architecture and infrastructure. You carry out risk analysis within the project and have a continuous follow-up where you constantly keep the steering group and project members informed about the status and possible deviations in the project. Produce estimates together with other stakeholders in the project, create budget and billing documents that are sent to the customer. Act as contact person to the customer and are rapporteur in the steering and management team. What skills we require from you to be successful: Have experience of, or worked in, management in addition to project management and has run, and can run, more than one project at the same time. Is self-sustaining and structured and used to working towards clear goals and with a clear responsibility for profitability. Previously worked or has experience in Microsoft's Project Model Sure Step, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, ITIL and has good knowledge of Swedish and English. Have communicative leadership, and responsive and clear in communication. It is also desirable if you have worked with Microsoft products and case management such as JIRA or DevOps.
