The company is an international trading company with over 20 years experience in their business area. (contact me for further information) MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical and functional issue resolution. Identify and elevate issues that cause system to operate incorrectly.Provide support to end users: reply requests, make recommendations concerning Dynamics NAV and related applications functionality.Maintain communications with the end users and Microsoft partner team.Perform system setup and periodic support/maintenance tasks.Prepare documentation and user manuals, train key users on modified or new business processes.Analyze and manage requirements to business processes, prepare the technical design documents for system customization.Follow and control solution development process performed internally or by the Microsoft partner team.Prepare test case scenarios, test and validate system modifications. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Mandatory:Strong experience in Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central: over 3 years in roles of implementation consultant, support specialist (preferable 2nd/3rd line support). Preferably work experience with Microsoft partner specializing in enterprise resource planning solutions;Excellent knowledge of Dynamics NAV 2018 functionality. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics NAV functionality and/or the project management will be a benefit.High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).Fluent English (proficient user/advanced level). Highly desirable:Knowledge of supply chain business process flows (purchasing, sales, logistics and manufacturing).Experience in business processes analysis, writing technical design documentation for customization of ERP system, collaboration with development team.Experience in testing Dynamics NAV functionality, basic knowledge of C/Side and C/AL (reading/understanding programming code and debugging).Experience in the end users training and preparing user manuals for Dynamics NAV or other ERP systems.Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming language.Knowledge of BI solutions/tools (Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, etc.).Knowledge of any of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, Chinese.
