Job DescriptionAs a Data Analyst you will be part of the Product team implementing and continuously improving IT solutions across the company with a complex architecture and business landscape. You will be managing the master data set, developing reports, analysis dashboards, and troubleshooting data issues.The key objective of the role to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help the businesses make better decisions.

Role & ResponsibilitiesWork closely as a bridge between business and Group IT stakeholders providing data analysis services within a project or operational contextWork closely with Product Owner to define and refine the product backlog, outlining reporting and analysis requirements together with the customer/businessCollaborate with 3rd party vendors in translating business reporting needs into solutionsSupport the design of the reporting environment, including identification of data sources and initiatives for data integrityDevelop reports, analysis and dashboardsGenerate reports and analysis from multiple systemsTroubleshoot the reporting and analysis environmentEvaluate changes and updates to source production systemsTrain end-users on new reports and dashboardsImplement procedures for data handling and analysisProvide technical expertise in data cleansingCollect data, source missing data, organise data into usable formatsManage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion and provide quality assurance of imported dataSkills & QualificationsDemonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databasesExperience in mid-large scale projects, preferably in a multi-national environment working with external customers and 3rd party vendorsBachelor's degree in computer scienceExcellent command of English is a must both written and spokenExperience with programming languages and databases such as SQL ServerExperience with reporting & data visualisation tools such as PowerBI /TargetUnderstanding of website scripts such as XMLStrong Microsoft Office skills EXCELAbility to analyse, model and interpret dataMethodical and logical approachAccuracy and attention to detailAgile way of working is a plusGood cooperation and communication skillsCustomer oriented, "can do" attitudeHands-onAdaptive and responsive to changeProblem solving skillsDriving licence BenefitsProfessional challenges and career development opportunitiesDiverse and inspiring international working environmentDynamic, young team of excellent professionalsCompetitive salary package, CafeteriaGood technical support: laptop, phone, monitor, etc.Hybrid work
