Lead Software Tester London to £70k

Lead Software Tester (Automation Java Python Jython).  Looking for an opportunity to progress your career by moving into a leadership position whilst remaining hands-on with technology and testing? You could be joining a small equities exchange company that works with a range of clients across Europe.

As a Lead Software Tester you will work to bring all testing in-house whilst providing technical leadership to a small team. You'll be responsible for the quality and stability of software releases for the company's proprietary trading system and will ensure that all projects are delivered on time with maximum quality. You'll focus on automated testing and will use a range of tools and technologies including Java, Python and Jython.

The company is based in London however, you'll be able to work from home 2 - 3 days per week.

Requirements:

An experienced Lead Software Tester working on high performance, high availability systems

Java development skills or Python scripting experience with knowledge of Jython

Ideally you'll be from a financial services background

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
