Are you a Mechanical or Process Engineer with experience in a regulated manufacturing environment e.g. Chemical, aerospace, oil & gas etc? Do you have a strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes and machinery eg. Pumps or centrifuges?

This company provide specialist materials to clients in highly regulated industries across the world. Shipping worldwide, they have seen demand for their product grow massively, and are hoping to double their profits in the next 5 years. Because of the success of their product, they are looking to take on a new Senior Mechanical Engineer to analyse and improve the running of their site and project works.

In this role you will be based in the factory on the company's Blackpool site. You will be analysing and improving their manufacturing processes and machinery to streamline production while maintaining a high quality standard, leading and implementing on-site projects that are key to the business. You will also be working to implement new engineering standards on-site and providing mechanical engineering support to their maintenance and production teams. The Role

* Analysing manufacturing processes and machinery

* Implementing on-site Engineering projects

* Designing new processes to improve production

* Providing expertise to the Maintenance and Production teams

* £50,000-£55,000 + Progression + Bonus + Medical + 37 Days Holiday The Person

* Experience in a regulated Manufacturing Environment e.g. Chemical, Aerospace, Oil & Gas etc.

* Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership

* Experience implementing Continuous Improvement Techniques e.g. Sig Sigma, Kaizen, LEAN ec.

* Understanding of mechanical production machinery and processes
