Job DescriptionThe CRM Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, customisation and configuration of MS Dynamics. The role will be the go-to person for users, and an advocate for CRM within the organisation and how it is used.

The role is responsible for data quality and maintaining a clean, accurate database.

Role & Responsibilities* Ensure that the data in the CRM is correct

* Work with the organisation as a system champion; train people to ensure CRM is understood by new and existing users; help the system grow and evolve

* Provide support and training for people in data entry and basic management

* Assess options for optimising and configuring the system

* Review, assess and prioritise requests for improvement/change requests with the CRM Development Manager

* Field support requests; answering the questions or handing over to the supplier helpdesk and working with them through to resolution

* Administer configuration changes, once approved, and evaluate more complex changes/projects to assess if it is valuable to develop the solution with the supplier

* Take responsibility for changes to: dashboards, views, business processes, workflows and dialogs, templates, reports, fields and forms

* Develop strategic dashboards and KPI reporting tools

* Ensure data integrity and accuracy around reporting

* Attend meetings with staff members and teams to review upcoming issues, items and training

* Support the membership team during the membership renewal cycle

* Liaise with third party support partners to resolve issues and to develop any new features

* Create test plans, scripts and carry out general testing to ensure changes will not have an impact on the systems

* Set up security parameters and undertake audits as required

* Administration of user roles

* Creation of new user guides to support new processes and releases

* Ensure data security and protection is maintained at all times in line with GDPR and the Association's policies Skills & Qualifications? Extensive experience in administering, managing and maintaining CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics

? Preferably certified Microsoft Dynamics Administrator

? Experience supporting users

? Experience executing testing

? Experience of working with large volumes of data

? Understanding of user experience, mapping and designing user journeys

? An excellent level of IT literacy

? Supplier management

? Experience of common project management methodologies / skills

? Demonstrable knowledge and experience of compliance with GDPR
