Circa £45,000, + Uncapped Commission (£80,000 OTE) + Working in the IT / Technology Industry + Excellent company benefitsDo you have experience as an Inside Sales Account Director looking for a role offering autonomy and the chance to run a high performing sales team?On offer is the chance to utilise your sales and management experience, lead an expanding team and really make the role your own.The company specialize in providing IT solutions to customers across Europe. Due to their excellent reputation and service they are expanding and would like to recruit a Customer Service Desk Manager to help with the expansion.This role would suit someone from a senior inside sales background in the IT industry looking for an autonomous and varied role.The Role:

* Monday to Friday office based

* Managing 6 people and more as the team grows, ensuring delivery of sales targets, KPIs and objectives and developing a winning Sales team culture

* Grow customer base, exceed Personal Sales Targets and exceed Team Sales TargetsThe Person:

* Inside Sales Account Director or a background in a similar role and experience in the IT sector

* Set the tone in terms of standards, expectations and conduct through strong leadership
