My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Product Analyst on a initial 6 Month contract. This role will start out virtual and inside IR35.The Product team is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation programme and needs an experienced product analyst who would support the Product Owners with defining and delivering new features to support the capability roadmap into new and existing markets. They must have superb relationship skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, strong analytical skills to understand and breakdown complex requirements and be able to manage & prioritise multiple tasks consecutively.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with Product Owners, scrum teams, stakeholders and support groupsSupporting the planning and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the platformGathering complex requirements and presenting a clear but detailed feature description, business flow and acceptance requirementsAssess value, develop cases for the prioritisation of Features and User Stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyProvide support to backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesWork closely with Product Management and Product Owners to create and maintain a product feature backlog according to business value or ROIProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsComplete research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the Global Pay productFollow competitor developments and the industryKeep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsParticipate in team demos and retrospectivesParticipation in Planning, Iteration Execution and Inspect and Adapt activitiesThis role may be subject to additional background verification checks. QualificationsWorking experience as a Product Analyst essentialIn-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe PO/PM Accreditation preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of B2B payments and managing clients on a digital payment platform a strong advantageAbility to translate business/customer needs into functional & process requirements and definition documentsSkilled in change management, problem solving, gap and impact analysisStrong relationship management and conflict resolution skillsProven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partnersTeam player, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form to different audiencesAbility to manage own time and work independentlyAbility to manage competing demands on time
