Senior Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/x)

Excellent opportunity for a sales professional with logistics and commercial understanding, from an electrical or technical background to get into the highly sought after renewable industry; where you will help pave the way for Germany to achieve zero carbon status. This international company specialises in the manufacturing of PV inverters and energy storage systems, for utility-scale, commercial and residential applications. They are industry leaders in the research and development of solar inverters, with global influence and exciting plans for future growth. In this role, the senior sales operations specialist will focus on supporting the sales team and legal counsel in the management of sales contacts, organise market research and competitive analysis to create forecasts and reports. Also work with the sales and financial department to ensure payments are made on time, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions and locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, logistics and commercial positions with a deep understanding for the European market. You will have strong data analysis skills and excellent communication skills, with a good understanding of IT software's including ERP, WMS and SAP. The role:Organise research on market demand forecast, competitive analysis and potential market opportunities.Create analysis reports to support management decision making, and from subsidiaries including shipping reports, sales forecasts etc.Support the Legal Counsel and Sales Team in the management of sales contracts.Work with the financial and sales teams to follow up on payment collection.Mange Sinosure and local credit insurance, and control the payment risk of shipments.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions and locations to enhance planning leverage reporting opportunities and improve processesThe person:Degree in logistics, engineering or business management.Minimum 5 years' experience of relevant experience in an electrical or technical industry, solar experience would be advantageous.Strong data analysis skills and good understanding of IT software and systems, ERP, WMS, SAP and MS office.Fluent in English both in speaking and writing, German or Chinese would be advantageous.
