This is an exciting time to be joining Digital, Commercial and Information Directorate (DCID) which brings together professional experts in digital technology, commercial services, security, information management and operational process transformation to deliver high quality services to the CPS. Our new mission is clear. We will build positive partnerships across the CJS and with our colleagues, to implement innovative ways of working, reduce corporate risk, improve user experience, and enable colleagues to successfully deliver their business.
The Modern Workplace Team is a brand new internal team created to support this mission through transforming End User Computing Services. We want to provide easy to use, secure and effective solutions which are built around the needs of our users helping to improve the prosecution process.
Reporting directly to the Head of Modern Workplace, the Head of EUC will be responsible for the delivery of End User Computing devices that meet the changing needs of CPS business areas.
Working alongside Office Productivity & Operational Security leads, the role holder will have responsibility for the creation, management and continuous improvement of programmes of development making use of agile principles and methodologies to deliver End User Compute solutions.
You will have opportunities to develop your career further, including using your Individual Learning Account (ILA) to attend training courses and get the chance to shadow colleagues to gain different perspectives. You will be supported in your progression with access to various promotion opportunities.
