Dynamics CRM Specialist: In this Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant role, you will be an integral part of the company's overall success. You will be an integral part of the team and will help to define process and roadmap in the organisation's Dynamics journey moving forward.What you will be doing:Build strong relationships across the business, including with key senior stakeholders, to understand build business cases for major projects and help to secure investments where requiredBalance various types of work and projects, prioritizing configuration and support of systems and process changesImplement planned configuration changes into test and then production CRM instances as well as related systems including our data integration tools, Power BI and Power AutomateEnsure clean, up-to-date and insightful data can be easily extracted from the system, both directly and through analysis tools such as Power BIIdentify and deliver ways to make the system easier to use, including through automationSupport power-users in getting the most out of the tools, train new users, drive adoption of the system, create system and user documentation, provision users, and handle support requestsDevelop own skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and research as well as formal training where required What you will need:Extensive experience as a Functional CRM Consultant with at 2-3 full-lifecycles in Microsoft Dynamics CRMPower Platform configuration, building complex workflows and processes, maintaining data, and advanced customizationUnderstanding of data integration and master data management across business systemsExperience working in Agile teams, change management and adoption of systems/tools, user support, and trainingA data-minded and analytical approach to workingA demonstrable track record of getting stuff done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality What we can offer:Excellent Salary + Bonus + Package benefitsExcellent development opportunitiesInspiring, collegiate and inclusive culture
