This role would suit someone with a background in relevant work experience within the IT help desk space looking to develop with progression and training provided. The roleDealing with a range of tasks within administration and customer facing responsibilitiesResolving a number of issues within a technical backgroundTroubleshooting through technical diagnostics and questions from a range of clients, customers and staff.

The personBSc/BA in IT, computer science / relevant field or work experience equivalentProven transferable work experience as a help desk technician or other customer rolesWorking knowledge of Office 365 products, Windows OS, and remote desktop
