£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Benefits

Shropshire (Commutable from: Shrewsbury, Whitchurch, Telford, Welshpool, Montgomery, Church Stretton, and Bridgnorth)Are you a Contracts Manager, from a New Build Housing / Refurbishment background, looking to play a leading role in an organisation where you will be a key member of the senior management team, helping to mould and develop your own team?On offer is an autonomous role, where you will be overseeing multiple projects from start to finish to ensure the highest standards and levels of service are adhered to.This construction company supply to a range of sectors within the industry, and due to their continued success they are looking for an additional Contracts Manager to help assist with their increased workload and help take their business to the next level.This role would suit a Contracts Manager, from a housing refurbishment background, looking to work on a range of interesting construction projects for a successful regional company.

The Role:Managing multiple new build and refurbishment projectsEnsuring contracts are completed to programme and to the highest standardsDeveloping client and staff relationshipsClient and management meetingsWorking closely with the directors and other Contracts Manager & Site Managers

The Person:Contracts ManagerProven experience working in a similar roleHousing Refurbishment / Construction backgroundRecognised Construction qualification
