Our client is looking for a full-time and permanent Service Compliance Analyst, to be home-based during the pandemic, returning to some office-based working when it's safe to do so, later this year or perhaps next year.Our client is a leading supplier of software, business communication and ecommerce solutions, working with some of the world's largest companies.The role centres on supporting world-wide customers and partners to use our clients' services/products successfully.

You will be involved in everything from checking services against the latest compliance standards in each of our customers global regions, to liaising with internal and external stakeholders to help launch new services.The role is ideal for someone with customer support, compliance, technical or an anti-fraud or trouble-shooting background.Candidates DO NOT need direct experience of the above industry sectors, and we will consider candidates at any stage of their career, but we do require candidates to have a good foundation of computer skills, particularly in terms of using the main MS Office programs.We are open to speaking with candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and industries, as long as you can use computers and MS Office programs competently, can think critically and comprehend a wide-range of information, which mainly relates to the different laws and regulations that apply to the regions our client customers operate within.You will be provided with all the necessary training to do the job successfully, but you must be able to absorb this information and use it to make good decisions!
