UK Headcount: c800 colleagues We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Support / Functional Analyst to join our SAP Team in Bradford. Reporting to the SAP Support Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support as well as working on enhancement and projects with other members of the SAP team. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: + To design, test, document and implement changes and enhancements to support the continuous improvement of our SAP ERP system in the areas of SD and also in areas of Order to cash.
+ To manage problems by analysing recurring incidents and configuring and implementing solutions to eliminate or minimise them
+ To prepare for and run Workshops independently for users at different levels to support the above, whilst creating training material and provide training to end users

About You: + Knowledge in one or more of the areas of order to Cash and Sales and Distribution
+ Ability to relate business processes to SAP concepts and grasp technical training provided in that area to successfully perform the role
+ Ability to assist with writing a functional spec at a level that can be understood by both technical and business users.
+ Ability to prepare training and workshop documentation
+ Strong Verbal communication in formal settings such as training & workshops and in regular interaction with business users
+ Ability to document new solutions and keep existing solution documentation updated for changes and write test scripts for business processed and execute and document
+ Consistent approach to working methods and attention to detail to ensure no ambiguity
+ Ideally you will have experience as an analyst for the SAP SD module, but will be also be comfortable diversifying into other modules in absence of other team members.
