SQL Developer/Analyst - Essex - Up to £45KMy Client seeks a technical SQL Developer / Data Analyst to join their small specialist team, delivering data services and solutions within the insurance sector. Their work will be varied, ranging from migrating client data to new systems to data warehouse development and data analytics solutions. You must have a strong technical background in T-SQL, ETL and SSRS with experience in managing large data sets from multiple sources. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and agile environment with a friendly and collaborative team, whilst at the same time having the flexibility and comfort of working from home. Responsibilities Working alongside BI developers in analysing data sources, producing specs, mapping requirements, and solution implementations. Owning the development and optimization of ETL processes and producing complex SQL scripts and stored procedures Developing and maintaining the data layer of our solutions using T-SQLEnsuring accuracy through reconciliation and working with testers/support to fix and retest any defects and issues.Work closely with developers to further develop and automate our software solutions, portals, API's, and internal systems. Support the team's documentation (for both systems and processes)Ensure that deadlines are met using good project practices and skills and communicate project activities in a timely and efficient manner to the respective project team members and stakeholders.Participating in MS Teams Scrum meetings and Sprints, Very friendly and collaborative working environment.
