Change Manager About The Role

The change management role will support the CIO office and focus on the people side of change for key global IT transformations, initiatives and projects. The role will cover IT Organisational Change Management, Communications and Strategy Development for EMEA. The role will work on global projects as required.  In addition, the role will cover programs that are internal to IT and major IT changes that impact on the business. Key areas of responsibilities:
Change Management StrategyResearching and building a case for changeStakeholder AnalysisCommunications - planning and executionDevelopment and delivery of Change Management Training and Workshops (where applicable)Move stakeholders through the change adoption curve including activities such as Metrics and Analysis.Ensure change aligns with overall IT strategy.Job role
Development and support of EMEA IT strategic objectivesLead Global and Regional Organisational ProgramsDevelopment of internal communications (strategy and content).Contribute to the sustainability of CMOIn support of the Change Management Organisation (CMO) objectives, engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, change networks etc. and business partners across EMEA and global teams.Maintain and provide input to key stakeholdersIn alignment with the IT strategy identify and prioritize communications and change related issues and risks. Define action plans, and lead mitigation actionsCMO and communication activities for M&A in EMEAIncrease Employee Engagement and promote Global Collaboration across ITIdeal Experience
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsAcute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challengesFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with large-scale organisational change effortsChange management certification or designation desiredIdeal Qualifications
