This has made them highly skilled in working and delivering high quality finishes, superseding clients expectations time and time again.The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor (not essential) or come from a construction background (infrastructure/commercial sector a bonus), with relevant experience in the industry (at least 3 years).You should be capable of managing costs on a wide variety of new projects. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to residential projects from initial calculations to final figures, seeking to minimise the cost of projects and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standard and quality. * Working on mainly commercial projects

* Responsible for wide range of pre and post contract duties including pricing, schedules, and all relevant tender documentation

* Be a part of a close-knit team where your contribution won't go unnoticed

* Will have a balance of pricing up office work and going onto site (50/50)The Person:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or experience with a solid construction background

* 2 years (at least) Quantity Surveying
