I am actively working with a key Nigel Frank International client who is looking to add an applications support analyst to their team within the central London area. This position follows a hybrid work model with requirements to come into the office 2-3 times a week.
My client is an end user within the public/charitable sector who is currently embarking on an exciting technology transformation program and they need someone to join their support team who is central to supporting the new platforms. This role will allow you to make an true impact on the business joining a team of professionals in a highly collaborative and friendly environment. My client is looking for a candidate who has had prior support experience and is familiar with handling tickets.
The role will require you to provide second and third line support to ensure the clients applications are running smoothly and efficiently. The team you will be joining is responsible for the day to day support of the core client applications which the team then tests, implements and monitors the required changes in line with the agreed plans. You will be reporting to the application support team leader.
