IC Creative are working with our SaaS product client based in London who are looking for a User Experience Designer to join their global team ASAP. Ideally looking for someone who loves solving complex problems and can confidently work within a dynamic and multi-functional environment. The successful UX Designer will work with product development teams on new and existing software solutions, deliver experience design that solves complex workflow problems for a whole range of users.  Within this role you will focus on designing experiences across industries including retail, healthcare, transportation, logistics, and more. Having previous mobile and/or web application design experience is essential in this role. You will also need existing knowledge of design software such as: Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.  On a daily basis you will be expected to be contributing across the team on the following range of tasks;Collect feedback on user interaction and interface deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, and visual designs.Triangulate the customer objective, UX design, and development capabilities to develop wireframes for front-end developers.Document the design into wireframe and engineering ready requirements.Advocate for the customer and follow user-centered design principles.Ensure the look and feel of the product aligns with product strategy and vision.Clearly communicate designs through mockups, documentation, and presentations. Be comfortable presenting as well as communicating with a diverse range of people. Stay current with industry trends in UX and design.Provide support in the gathering of a significant amount of data and analytic workflows and create intuitive experiences for users. If the User Experience Designer has enterprise software experience would be great but not essential. This would be an ideal role for someone who can provide support to other senior designers in the creation of connections with users through visual design and who is familiar with user research methodologies and usability testing. Along with experience/knowledge with design guidelines, developing user personas, journey maps, service blueprints Any experience working with front-end development teams is necessary in this role and preferably having a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your experience designing mobile and/or web applications would be advantageous.
