Product Engineer (Electrical Appliances)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Office Based + Pension + Life Assurance + 31 days holiday (rising further with time served) + Free On-Site Parking

Are you an electrically-biased engineer who is looking to progress into an office based role with a well-established company?

This company are a well-established manufacturer of electrical appliances and white goods. Due to continued growth they are looking to expand their team by introducing a brand new role into the business.

In this position you will be working in the company's Bristol workshop/ office, assisting with NPD, testing, diagnostics and fault finding, as well as reviewing customer complaints/ reviews to ensure continual improvement of products.

This role would suit a candidate potentially from an electrical background, who has experience in either NPD, testing, or appliance/ white goods experience. It might suit someone who is looking to transition from a field engineer position into a workshop position.

The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

*Working within the Product Team

*Assisting with New Product Development

*Fault finding and testing

*Continual improvement of products

The Person:

*Electrical background

*NPD, testing or similar experience beneficial

*Previous experience with electrical appliances or white goods would be highly beneficial

*Lives within commutable distance of Bristol or willing to relocate. Commutable from Portbury, Avonmouth, Portishead, Shirehampton, Clevedon, Nailsea, Weston Super Mare, Filton, Keynsham, Brislington, Newport, Cardiff and more.
