Oracle ERP Supply Chain Support Consultant

6 Month contract initially

One of our key clients are looking for an Oracle ERP Supply Chain Support Consultant to join the team. You will be working with a great client on a rewarding project, with great scope for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing L2 support for multiple applications across the Oracle EBusiness suite. Your daily tasks include dealing with user tickets and resolving any technical issues the client have in accordance with the SLA process stated below. As well as monitoring, maintaining and continuously looking for ways in which to improve the applications.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate would be expected to display the following:

-A technical and logical thought process

-Problem solving skills

-An ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines

-Communication skills to collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues

Key Skills & Experience:

*Oracle ERP Procurement / Supply Chain / Depot Repair and R12 Functional Implementation;

*Detailed understanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite;

*Understanding of how Oracle modules integrate with each other;

*Experienced in analysis, design and Implementation of Procurement and Supply chain modules (outlined below);

*Ability to produce high quality deliverables;

*Excellent communications skills both internally and client facing;

*Good business process knowledge and experience in making recommendations to clients for process improvements;

*Able to identify key client business issues and recommend optimum solutions;

*Plans and delivers the overall Oracle project scope, strategy, solution and deliverables, in alignment with client expectation.

*Demonstrate fundamental understanding of engagement risk & profitability

*Support the client through full UAT lifecycle and Go Live deployment

*Occasional user training and guidance

*PL/SQL coding.
