C++ Software Engineer Remote / WfH to £130k

C++ Software Engineer / Developer (C++14 STL Windows Multi-threading) *Remote / WfH*. Do you have expertise with backend multi-threaded C++ development? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a global FinTech with in excess of 2,500 institutional clients operating in over 60 global markets.

As a C++ Software Engineer you'll join a small, global, Agile team to design and develop new features and enhancements for a key area of the business which is experiencing great success. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements through to test and release. You'll be using C++14 on Windows with STL and Boost on real-time, low latency systems - the work is complex and challenging and will allow you to continue to develop and hone your skills (previous finance trading experience not required - tech skills of far greater importance!).

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home (within the UK) full-time.

 

Requirements:

You have advanced C++ design and development skills; C++11 onwards

You have experience with multi-threading / concurrency and a good understanding of low latency systems

You're comfortable with a Windows environment (Linux experience is fine)

You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as Data Structures, Design Patterns, Algorithms

You're collaborative with great communication skills
