My client is a streaming company operating in the music industry. They are looking for a Go Developer to work at their site in London. The role will require the full product ownership of the Go platform, you will participant in system design discussions and decisions. You will therefore be required to write clean, modular and testable robust code in satisfying system requirements.Client DetailsMy Media client is based in London and operates in the music industry.DescriptionMy London based client, a Media company operating in the music industry is looking for a Go Developer to engage in the following:Participate in system design discussions and decisionsWrite clean, modular and testable robust code in satisfying system requirementsTake full ownership of assigned product featureWork to support SLA, SLO and SLIsTech Stack GolangAWSDockerCassandraAerospikeDruidProfileTo be considered for the Go Developer role at my Media client operating in the music industry site, the candidate must present evidence of the following:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics or related technical fieldProficiency in Golang. 3-4 years+Expertise and focus building performant systems in constrained (time/resource) environments.Strong knowledge of parallel and concurrent programming paradigmsExperience taking full ownership of APIs and MicroservicesExperience building real-time advertising-bidding systems or financial/trading trading systems.Familiarity with Ad systems, including bidding, ranking and auctioning processes.Agile software development experienceExperience building event-driven backend services for large-scale consumer facing applicationsUnderstanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance characteristicsTrack record working with database systems (Cassandra, MySQL, Redis, Aerospike, Druid or similar)Experience debugging and supporting applications in a cloud environmentExcellent communication skills and comfortable in collaborative environmentsExperience in provision and reception of work unit related feedbackJob OfferWork for an innovative and creative music streaming company.Receive between £450-500 per day INSIDE IR35.Opportunity to work remotely.
