Job Title: 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

Rabb-IT Ltd are on an exciting journey to become the go to IT Businesses in Yorkshire. Already a well-respected MSP with an array of clients within the Yorkshire region they are now looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join the team. Based in the rural area of Calverley, Leeds where monthly lunches are bought, to acknowledge and appreciate their dedicated staff.
About the role:
We currently have an exciting and challenging role for a candidate with a proven track record of working in a busy technical service department.
Leading by example you'll be fulfilling 1st & 2nd line duties on the desk, managing your own ticket queue as well as supporting your team during busy periods. Ultimately you will create great experiences for clients, while building and maintaining long-lasting relationships. This is a purely service desk role so you'll need to be a tech expert who can handle all the escalations and 2nd line issues without getting under the feet of the Projects Team
The ideal candidate will also help mentor the service desk engineers by developing their technical and customer service skills in order to provide great experiences for clients
