Role: IT Service Continuity Manager (ITSCM)Location: RemoteLength: 12 MonthsDay Rate: £500 - 600IR35: Outside Your purpose:To define, develop and implement IT Service Continuity management as a discipline within the organisation.Aligning IT Service Continuity to Business Continuity Plans.Ensuring audit requirements for ITSCM and BCP are fulfilled.Define DR capabilities for critical IT services. You will be accountable for:Define, develop and deliver the ITSCM processAdvise on best practices for ITSCM, DR and BCPWork closely with operational teams to deliver IT elements of any BCP processesCreate a roadmap for IT Service Continuity maturityAlign ITSCM function with IT Security requirementsDeliver ITSC and BCP requirements inline with NIST maturity recommendationsDefine key scenarios and responses for 'Crisis' eventsUnderstand and document the service risk appetite and associated RPO/RTOEnsure a centralised location exists for all DR and Service Continuity plansEnsure ITSC, DR and BCP plans are integrated with associated ITSM processes (i.e. Change, Major Incident, Problem)Define process test schedules and communicate to wider businessDefine and implement governance of ITSC functionPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
